We all worry about something or the other but when it comes to yoga embedded within it's philosophy is the concept of 'ahimsa' which basically translates as non-violence. This means being kind to yourself and others.  Go easy on yourself, life is difficult enough as it is without you having to worry about what you look like on the mat or if you find something tricky.  We can work together to find what suits you...do more of what you love and less of what you don't!
