So here we are, seven or so weeks into lockdown. Thoroughly enjoyed the first five, now starting to get antsy. Eased up on my physical yoga practice, took a foray into online teaching but set that aside and settled instead for some good old fashioned reading about body movement, anatomy and the fascia this time. The mat is now calling and I am back on it, albeit a little heavier. If anything isolation (amongst other things) has taught me to just be still, to take the foot off the pedal and to enjoy well, just being.
