We can improve flexibility and range of motion by retraining the nervous system to be quiet at deeper levels of stretch, improving the stretch tolerance.

You will learn to embrace the glorious person you already are (we are more than just skin and bones surely?)
I MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP UP
Go at your own pace (the focus is inwards, yoga is not a competitive sport, you will be fine!)
IT'S TOO FAST....OH NO IT'S TOO SLOW
(There are many different aspects to a yoga practice and many different types and styles of yoga, you can find your perfect match)
I'VE ACHES AND PAINS AND AM ALL FINGERS AND THUMBS
Yoga serves to sooth you and we can work on your proprioception.
