PRANAYAMA IS AN ANCIENT BREATH TECHNIQUE THAT ORIGINATES FROM YOGIC PRACTICES IN INDIA. THERE ARE MANY HEALTH AND WELLNESS BENEFITS FROM A PRANAYAMA PRACTICES.  SANSKRIT "PRANA" MEANS LIFE ENERGY AND "YAMA' MEANS CONTROL.  IT INVOLVES CONTROLLING THE BREATH IN DIFFERENT STYLES LAND LENGTHS.
